Relief slab with a procession of Erotes. The location it was found is not known. It is assumed to have been found in 1860 embedded in a medieval wall of Aghios Demetrios Katephores’s church, which does not survive today, located to the east of the Sanctuary of Aphrodite Ourania. On its narrow sides the plaque has anathyrosis whereas its back is roughly worked.

Five naked Erotes walk to the viewer’s left. They hold a phiale in their left hand and an incense burner (thymiaterion) or oinochoe in their right. Their head is adorned with a fine wreath and their hair is either short or fastened above the nape.

A similar scene is represented on two more relief plaques, span class="open_item">ΕΑΜ 1452 and an additional fragment kept in the National Archaeological Museum. Since the latter was found in the excavations of the Sanctuary of Aphrodite Ourania (or else Sanctuary of Aphrodite and Eros), all plaques have been considered to have decorated the peribolos of this open-air sanctuary.
